Chiropractor Bozeman, Dr. Michael JonesMeet Dr. Michael Jones

Discovering the Power of Chiropractic

When Dr. Jones was in college studying automotive technology, he struggled to keep his grades up and was considering changing paths. He took two interest surveys, and both pointed him toward the healing profession. He changed his major to health sciences and immediately started earning straight As with a newfound passion for what he was studying.

He spent time working in a hospital in the laboratory, physical therapy department and within radiology. It was all fascinating, but it was then that he had a first encounter with chiropractic.

“My niece was having horrible headaches and went to a chiropractor to resolve the pain. It was then I realized I wanted to help people in the same way.”

The Journey to Founding Bridger Chiropractic Clinic

First, though, he returned to his family farm and worked there for a decade. Then, it was time to fulfill his dream, and he attended Western States Chiropractic College, where everything fell into place and he earned a Doctor of Chiropractic.

During his time there, Dr. Jones met Dr. Purser, though at that time they had separate paths. Dr. Jones went back to Washington and opened Soap Lake Chiropractic in 1990. Years later, his wife passed away. He made a life-changing decision to sell his practice and relocated to Montana, where he reunited with Dr. Purser. They were married and became partners in Bridger Chiropractic Clinic.
